343i is following Bungie traditions and including Forge for Halo 4 from the recent interview at GameInfromer. They've only stated that it's in the game, no idea if we will have anything as big (grey) as Forge World though. Me personally I'm hoping that Forge has themes featuring stuff like Halo, Covenant, Forerunner, etc to add flavor into new maps.
